  • Yes, absolutely. If you're a complete beginner, I will provide all the guidance you need to take your first steps in your fitness journey. I'll teach you exactly how to perform each exercise and all the best practices to follow.

  • Thanks to our discussions, I will determine exactly what kind of schedule would be best suited to your goals. I will take into account factors like your morpho-anatomy to select the best possible exercises for your body, I will assess your current capabilities to adapt to your physical level, and I will make sure that all of this fits into your schedule.

  • Yes, definitely. Injuries are a part of life and often a sign of an active lifestyle. Through my experience, I've dealt with many injuries both personally and with my clients. In most cases, there are ways to work out around your injuries and find exercises that avoid pain or even help relieve it.

  • As you may know, this depends largely on how much effort you're willing to invest in reaching your goals. However, based on my experience, significant physical results can typically be seen after 2 to 3 months of consistent training.
